Change Management |
Capabilities I have described the specialist capabilities I have to offer under four headings. For each one there are examples of the kind of issues it would address, an overview of the steps involved, and references to the examples that best illustrate it. Change Management - designing, planning and leading important business changes, which could be large or small >more Organisation Design - changing the structure of an organisation, or part of an organisation, the roles of individuals or interfaces between groups >more People Development - working to develop capabilities in individuals, selected groups, or across an organisation >more Performance and Reward Management - ensuring that performance measurement and reward systems support organisational objectives and individual effectiveness >more Of course, few situations align simply to one of these areas. Typically an approach would involve elements from more than one area, or combine aspects of these areas with other kinds of change work.
